Worked with the client to create a series of silent vignettes to be used as part of an HOA informational media package for new homeowners. The only resource supplied by the client was a wishlist of scenarios and the ask that the animation not be too realistic, but very clear and easy to understand. The modeling for the fist 3 of these clips was done completely from scratch, while the final two include a mix of custom models and preexisting models.   

This was used as part of an online HOA informational guide for a developer at the time.
